Who's All In?

I am! As an enthusiastic proponent of pursuing post-secondary education, I strongly believe there's a path for every interested student! I'm Alli Minch, and I bring over 28 years of experience as a high school teacher,
administrator, and college counselor to my role as an Independent Educational Consultant. My undergraduate degrees
are in English and German, with minors in history and women’s
studies, from Humboldt State University (now Cal Poly Humboldt.)
I hold secondary teaching credentials in both California and Oregon, have
studied Learning and Technology through Western Governor’s
University, and have a certificate as an Independent
Educational Consultant through the University of California, Irvine.
I am the co-author of Created Equal: Sex and Gender, a multi-
media textbook about sexism in the United States. As a teacher, I've embraced helping with students
draft their personal statements and supplemental essays.

As a college counselor, I've assisted students in applying to the University of California system, Oregon public and private colleges, and a wide variety of domestic colleges and universities, including Bowdoin, Georgetown, and Colorado College of Mines.
